OUR POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you choose to pay more than the required deposit amount, this extra amount will also fall under the deposit policy.

We require a minimum of 7 days' notice to reschedule your appointment to a later date with your existing deposit.

If you reschedule your appointment with less than 7 days' notice, a new deposit will be required, and your original deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

If you cancel your appointment without requesting to reschedule to a new date, your deposit will be lost.

Before booking and paying your deposit, it’s your responsibility to review your chosen artist's portfolio online and communicate your tattoo design idea thoroughly with the artist. Small changes can be made with sufficient notice before your appointment date, but if a completely new design or change of idea is requested, a larger deposit may be required, and your original deposit may be forfeited.

If you do not show up to your appointment or reschedule multiple times, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book you back in.

The deposit amount is at the artist's discretion.

Certain medical conditions, treatments, prescription, and non-prescription medications can affect your ability to get tattooed. Please check with your artist before paying your deposit.
